TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS & PURCHASES WITH B & L TRAVEL PTE LTD
Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions:
Air-Ticket Sales terms and conditions
  • Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices are subject to surcharges during peak and holiday period.
  • Customers have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have met fully with the Entry Visa(s) requirements of the countries or destinations that they are traveling to.
  • Customers are requested to kindly check directly with the country embassies concerned
    to ensure full Entry Visas Compliance
  • All prices displayed or provided are indicative only and are not deemed to be binding on B & L Travel until full payment have been acknowledged and accepted by B & L Travel.
  • All prices displayed is an "invitation to treat" and does not constitute an offer by B & L Travel.
  • B & L Travel reserves the right to terminate any booking or transaction and refund any collected money (if any) to the customer.
  • B & L Travel may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any responsibility
    or liability for any changes in information.
  • All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude surcharges, airport taxes and other mandatory entry or exit taxes to be paid by passengers
  • Any bookings or issue of tickets is subject to acceptance by B & L Travel.
  • B & L Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omission regarding prices or other information.
Tour members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions:

PRICES/ PROGRAMS/ SERVICES/ CONDITIONS  
The package/ tour/ extension prices exclude laundry, room services, unspecified meals or tours, beverages, porterages, excess baggage charge, passport and visa costs, airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all other items of a personal nature. Programs, tour prices, services and conditions are correct as at the time of publication, but are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increase in hotel rates, air fares, local taxes, etc. Actual prices, programs, services and conditions will be given at the time of booking confirmation.

All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by B & L Travel Pte Ltd. 

B & L Travel Pte Ltd and B&L Appointed Travel Agents are forthwith collectively known as The Company.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT  
All Prices stated are for CASH payment only. We accept American Express, Diner's Club International, Master Card and Visa Credit cards. A charge of 4% of the total price is levied on transactions via credit cards. No waiver of surcharge is allowed.  
Unless otherwise stated in our quotation, the following deposit payment is required upon booking of holidays packages:  
·  S$200 for total price below S$500.
·  S$300 for total price between $500 & S$1000.
·  S$500 for total price above S$1000.
·  Please note that payment of deposit does not constitute confirmation of tour.  
·  Full payment of the package is required 14 days before departure or upon confirmation of land services. 

CANCELLATION FEE
Notification of cancellation of booking of ticket / tour / hotel must be made in writing and received by The Company to be effective and to avoid misunderstanding.  
Unless otherwise stated in our quotation, the following cancellation fees will be levied:  
·         50% of tour fare for cancellation made after confirmation of tour package.
·          80% of tour fare for cancellation made less than 14 days before departure date.
·          100% of tour fare for cancellation made less than 7 days before departure date.  

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES  
No refunds, either in part or full, will be made for unused air tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not taken during the tour period.

ADMINISTRATIVE/ AMENDMENT FEE  
An administrative fee of S$50 (or as specified by airline) per person per amendment will be imposed for any travel amendments. Notification of amendments must be advised 30 days before departure date. If notification is less than 30 days, cancellation charges will be imposed according to the above cancellation table.

EXTENSION OF STAY/ RETURN FLIGHT  
An extension of stay at the end of the tour is permitted, subject to the maximum validity and restrictions of the air ticket as well as seats availability.  An additional charge ($100 per person) and other charges will be borne by tour member. Flight and accommodation reservations during your extended stay should be made prior to the commencement of the tour. If flight extensions are not confirm 2 weeks prior to departure, you will have to follow the original return date to Singapore. Extensions are at your own expense and transfers will not be provided.

TRAVEL INSURANCE  
All tour participants are required to purchase a Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your holiday.

From 15 July 2015 onwards, our travel agency is required to ask if you wish to purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for business insolvency of travel agencies when:  
·  you are buying a leisure prduct / package; or
·  your travel product / package costs at least S$1,000 (including GST) per person; or
·  you are paying a deposit or payment of at least S$500 per person.

TOUR CANCELLATION  
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to an insufficient number of participants. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without prior obligations or liability on this part of The Company.

ITINERARY CHANGES
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and routings. Should this occur, The Company shall endeavour to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.  
The Company reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/ or accommodation without prior notice to passenger if it shall in its sole and absolute discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure.

RIGHT TO REJECT
The Company reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a client. The Company also has the right to decline acceptance or to retain any member as a member of the tour if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.  
The Company further reserves the right to cancel any reservations of, for any reason, whatsoever, any carrier, hotel or contractor refuses to allow the person concerned to participate in the tour. In any of the above-mentioned events, The Company’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for service already utilised plus administration fees.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT  
It is a passenger’s responsibility to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months from date of departure and visa. Please consult your travel agent and local consulate/ embassy on visa requirements. The Company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of ticket / tour prices if any passenger is deported or refused entry by any country before departure or during the tour for whatsoever reason, including but not limited to non-possession of necessary visa.

BAGGAGE  
One piece of baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person is allowed. The suitcase size should not exceed 736mm x 254 mm  (29” x 20” x 10”). Excess baggage must be paid at point of check-in by passenger. Only one piece of hand luggage (55cm x 40cm x 20 cm, up to 7 kg) is allowed. The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings whilst they are in the custody of airlines, other transportation companies, accommodation supplier or the passenger. However, The Company will assist you in making the relevant claims provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience or hamper the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.

MEALS  
Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary.  

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION  
In the event that accommodation selected hotel is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another hotel of similar standard. Unless specially mentioned, all rooms will be on “run-of-house” basis.

TRANSPORTATION  
Any limitations which apply to the carrier’s liability in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw convention (in amended or unamended form) shall apply for the benefit of the organiser and seller of the tour/ holiday.

SPECIAL REQUESTS  
If there be any special request regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms etc,
please inform us when booking. Such requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

GENERAL CONDITIONS  
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, coupons and orders issued by the Company are subject to any and/ or all tariffs and terms of conditions under which any accommodation, transportation and other services whatsoever are provided by hotels, transport companies, airlines, railroad lines, cruise lines, owners or contractors concerned.

By acceptance of such exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets, the passenger is deemed to have agreed on the following:  
1.        Every person participating in any tour/ holiday organised by The Company shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property.  
2.        The traveller accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God.  
3.        The Company, their employees or agents assisting or collaborating with them is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise in anyway whatsoever during the tour / holiday.  
4.        The Company is only an acting agent for the holiday components and will not be held responsible for any charges, acts of discretion or inconvenience caused by suppliers and sales agents.  
5.        In no case shall The Company or their employees or agents be held liable for any causes outside their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the customer.

COMPLAINTS/ CLAIMS  
Any complaints/ claims have to made in writing within 7 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/ claims which are made after 14 days return.

NO VARIATION OF CONDITIONS  
These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by written agreement between the passenger and the company.
